5 Day Meal Plan
The full 5 day meal plan includes a 5 x breakfast, 5 x lunch, 5 x dinner, and 5 x snacks. This should last you a full 5 days ready for your next delivery.
Breakfast meals consist of a range of overnight oats topped with either nuts, fruits or both, drizzled with maple syrup. Perfect for on the go!
Fancy a change? – Breakfast includes an egg omelette. Toppings include a mixture of vegetables. Perfect way to start the day.
Lunch. Whether you are at home, in the office or on the go, these lunch meals will provide you with the boost to get through the day. These meals will consist of a mixture of greens, protein and slow releasing carbs.
For dinner, we will put together a balanced mix of dishes for you. Our dishes may include a rotating mix of the following ingredients based on seasonal availability. Customization is possible on this plan. Please contact us for more information.
Snacks will contain a mixture of sweet treats along with a mixture of fresh fruit.
